Job Title: Sales Executive (Gold Loan Business Only)

📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for result-oriented and energetic Sales Executives focused exclusively on expanding our Gold Loan portfolio. The primary target is to identify prospective clients, source leads, and onboard new customers for gold loan products. You will start with a 6-month probation period, with a direct pathway to permanent corporate confirmation based on meeting target parameters.
🔑 Key Responsibilities (Main Tasks):
• Gold Loan Lead Generation: Proactively source, build, and create new leads for the gold loan business via local market mapping, cold calling, and field networks.
• Product Pitching: Clearly explain the benefits of Muthoot Finance gold loans, low interest rates, and flexible repayment options to prospects.
• Customer Acquisition: Convert inquiries and generated leads into active branch walk-ins to close the loans.
• Field Marketing Operations: Organize and participate in local outdoor promotional activities, canopy installations, and community campaigns to create immediate lead traffic.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized regular follow-up track for all potential customers to ensure high loan conversion ratios.
