Sales Officer Trainee
Payroll: CIEL – Off-Role
Location: Assigned based on the region hired
Travel: Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region
💼 Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Officer Trainees for a reputed global water technology and water heating brand. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in field sales, dealer management, and business development.
🎓 Eligibility
- Any Graduation – BBA / B.Com / BCA
- Minimum 70% throughout academics
- No backlogs
- Male candidates only
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Two-wheeler riding skills mandatory
- Valid Driving License mandatory
💰 Compensation
- CTC: ₹6,00,000 LPA
- No Variable Pay
- Mobile Reimbursement as per company policy
- Travel Allowance as per company policy
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities in the assigned region
- Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
- Conduct regular market visits and identify sales opportunities
- Support channel partners in achieving sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure product visibility and market coverage
- Generate new business and contribute to sales growth
