SCM Customer Experience Team Leader

SCM Team Lead  - This role is responsible for leading a defined team and ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day activities, service quality, productivity, and operational performance. The role combines people leadership, operational ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to enable seamless E2E supply chain execution.

 

• People Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members/ Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

  • Encourage ownership, learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead by example through growth mindset, agility, transparency, and accountability

  • Manage performance, talent development, and succession planning.

• Decision-Making & Execution

  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives.

  • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track performance to ensure timely delivery.

  • Take accountability for team performance and operational outcomes

 

• Operational Management / Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, resource allocation and service performance.

  • Align team goals with SCM and business objectives.

  • Promote collaboration and shared accountability.

 

• Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance and take corrective action when required.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

  • Drive efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction

 

• Change & Agility

  • Support the team through changing priorities, processes, and business needs.

  • Lead process improvements and change initiatives.

  • Contribute to SCM improvement and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should preferably have:

• Prior experience in managing teams and should have handled key client portfolios.

• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics and safety compliances.

• Experience is predictive analysis, risk management and mitigation and Incident handling mechanisms

• Experience managing performance through KPIs, data, and operational insights.
