Manage end-to-end Accounting to Reporting (ATR) activities and ensure accurate, timely financial close and reporting.

Perform/review month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.

Ensure balance-sheet substantiation, timely clearance of open items and strong balance-sheet hygiene.

Support statutory audits, financial statements, Tax and Transfer Pricing requirements, including required audit schedules and documentation.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, accounting policies, GRC controls and governance requirements.

Coordinate with Auditors, Tax, Treasury, P2P, OTC and other Finance stakeholders for timely issue resolution.

Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

Support accounting/reporting activities using systems such as SAP S/4HANA, OneStream and BlackLine/True Balance, as applicable.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).

5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Record-to-Report/Accounting-to-Reporting or Financial Reporting.

Strong understanding of GL accounting, month-end close, balance-sheet reconciliation, audit and financial controls.

Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and financial reporting/reconciliation tools preferred.

Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
