Senior Business System Analyst

Work with stakeholders to learn business requirements and turn business needs into clear functional and technical specifications 

Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and validation strategies.

Lead end-to-end testing activities, including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, and Production Validation testing.

Create and review test cases and test plans for the projects which are in development phase.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owner

Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Troubleshoot production issues reported by users and provide solutions

Perform regular product related data and code moves into the application without any issues.

Educate world area users and provide technical support for queries on everything related to the application.

You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.

Degree in any of the STEM courses

4+ years of work experience

High learning agility, good interpersonal savvy, and collaboration skills are required for working across regions and functions in Fisher.

Fluency in spoken and written English with good presentation skills

Strong knowledge of relief valves and regulators sizing softwares

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

2 to 5 years’ experience in using FF2/PQT and ERP systems

Sound knowledge of business concepts, practices, and procedures

Basic SQL Knowledge is preferred, but not required.
