Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Convert leads into qualified prospects and appointments.
  • Maintain customer details and update call status regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, finance or sales is preferred.
  • Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
