Job Description
- Customer Intake & Diagnostics: Greet customers professionally, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, take down details (such as capturing VIN numbers and odometer readings), and conduct initial visual walk-around inspections.
- Job Card & Work Order Creation: Prepare accurate job cards detailing the customer's issues to guide the mechanical team.
- Technician & Parts Liaison: Collaborate directly with service technicians to obtain diagnostic updates and coordinate with the parts department to verify component availability.
- Cost Estimation & Transparency: Provide clear cost and time estimates for repairs. Explain technical maintenance requirements to non-technical customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Revenue Generation (Upselling): Recommend necessary, value-added maintenance services (e.g., Silencer Coating, oil additives, tire changes) or authorized recalls in line with Honda’s maintenance schedules and dealership goals.
- Vehicle Delivery & Handover: Explain the final invoice, completed repairs, and warranty coverages to the customer upon vehicle pickup
