.Key Responsibilities

  • Meat Preparation: Marinate and season chicken or beef using traditional spices and recipes.
  • Rotisserie Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain the vertical shawarma grill.
  • Assembly: Slice meat neatly and assemble fast wraps or plates with consistent portions.
  • Sanitation: Keep the cooking station, knives, and equipment clean.
  • Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and report low stock or food shortages

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of commercial kitchen or grill experience.
  • Skills: Good knife skills, multitasking ability, and speed during peak hours.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical work.
  • Safety Knowledge: Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations
