Shift Manager Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Lead, guide, and allocate tasks to the team during the shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Handle billing, cash management, and shift closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Chaayos SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor sales, productivity, and shift performance.
• Train and motivate team members for better performance.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and report shift-related issues.

Shift Manager Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shift Manager in a QSR.
• Strong shift management and daily operations skills.
• Experience in conducting audits and maintaining SOP compliance.
• Good team handling, leadership, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
