Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands. The candidate should have practical experience in social media management, Meta Ads, lead generation, and basic Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn business pages.
• Plan monthly content calendars, reels, posts, stories and captions.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms.
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Set up lead generation and WhatsApp campaigns, manage budgets and optimise ad performance.
• Monitor leads, cost per lead (CPL), engagement, reach and conversions.
• Assist with basic Google Search Ads, keyword research and campaign monitoring.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media and advertising performance reports.
• Manage multiple brands, track performance and suggest improvements to achieve marketing objectives.
