📍 RoleSolar Sales Executive – Field Sales
Salary + TA + Performance Incentives
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, societies and local outreach.
- Visit homeowners and understand their electricity and rooftop requirements.
- Explain solar solutions, savings, payback and financing options.
- Coordinate site assessments with the technical team.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.
- Participate in housing society events and local campaigns.
- Requirements1–4 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Solar, Real Estate, Insurance, Home Improvement or D2C Sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence – MANDATORY.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
