Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. The role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives and value proposition. This position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of customized solutions that address complex client requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices related to platform customization.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring seamless interoperability within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery and resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
