Job Title: South Indian Cook – Morning Shift

Work Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Restaurant Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook who can independently handle morning tiffin varieties and South Indian lunch varieties.

The cook must report by 6:00 AM to complete preparation so that breakfast items are ready for service from 7:00 AM.

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook South Indian morning tiffin varieties.
• Prepare South Indian lunch varieties as per the restaurant's daily menu.
• Complete all required morning preparation before service starts at 7:00 AM.
• Handle batter, chutney, sambar, gravies and other preparations required for tiffin service.
• Prepare traditional South Indian lunch dishes with consistent taste and quality.
• Plan preparation quantities based on expected daily sales and help minimize food wastage.
• Maintain proper portion size, taste and food quality every day.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking and preparation areas.
• Properly store raw materials and prepared food.
• Coordinate with helpers and service staff during busy hours.
• Take responsibility for timely preparation of both breakfast and lunch.

Candidate RequirementsCandidate should have good practical experience in South Indian cooking, particularly tiffin varieties and South Indian lunch varieties. Should be able to manage the morning kitchen efficiently, work independently, maintain consistent taste and complete preparations on time.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience: Experienced South Indian cook preferred
