Store Incharge

Lil Tara is looking for a responsible, customer-friendly Store Incharge to manage daily operations at our gifts, toys and collectibles store. Candidates should enjoy retail sales and have knowledge of anime, Marvel/DC characters, toys, die-cast cars and customized gifts.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.

Assist customers, recommend products and work towards sales targets.

Handle billing, cash, UPI verification and daily sales reconciliation.

Maintain stock records, arrange replenishment and coordinate with the godown.

Keep displays attractive, shelves organized and the store clean.

Record customized gift orders accurately and coordinate timely delivery.

Handle customer concerns professionally.

Manage shift handovers, opening/closing checklists and daily reports.

Requirements

Skilled freshers with strong product knowledge are welcome.

Retail sales or store-supervision experience is preferred.

Good communication, basic computer and billing skills.

Ability to coordinate a team and take responsibility.

Honesty, punctuality and attention to detail.

Availability to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Salary structure

Skilled fresher with product knowledge: ₹20,000/month

Basic relevant experience: ₹22,000/month

Skilled and experienced: ₹23,000–₹25,000/month

Working arrangements

Full-time mall retail role. Final duty hours, meal/rest breaks and applicable overtime will be confirmed during the interview. Weekly off on rotation, normally on weekdays.
