Store Manager

Roles:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Rayban Coolers by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Rayban Coolers models, features, and specifications. Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and understanding customer needs.
4. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking. Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
5. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the key features of Rayban Coolers.
6. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for customers. Follow up with customers to close deals.
7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and close sales transactions. Handle objections and concerns effectively.
8. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and pricing strategies.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Salary: Rs. 25000 to 30000 + Incentives (Varies with Experience)
