*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, visual merchandising, and overall store profitability.

*Key Responsibilities:* 

*Store Operations:* Oversee end-to-end daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with company SOPs

*Sales & Profitability:* Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and drive revenue growth through upselling and customer retention

*Team Leadership:* Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate store staff; conduct performance reviews. 

*Customer Service:* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle escalations and resolve complaints 

*Inventory Management:* Manage stock levels, stock audits, shrinkage control, ordering and replenishment 

*Visual Merchandising:* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and VM as per brand guidelines 

*Reporting:* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, inventory reports and share with HO 

*Loss Prevention:* Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure safety. 

*Requirements & Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in any field (Retail Management preferred) 1-2 years of proven experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retailStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsGood knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and inventory softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
