Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Recommend suitable products and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
• Process sales transactions, billing, and payments accurately.
• Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; a diploma or graduate degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.
• Good grooming, professional behaviour, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
