Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Store Sales Executive to join our organic retail team. The role involves managing daily sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth coordination of in-store and delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and payments accurately
- Assist and guide customers with product queries and purchases
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement
- Coordinate pick-and-pack process for online/delivery orders
- Support smooth store operations and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing systems/point-of-sale
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Interest in organic and healthy products a plus
