1. Position:

Supply Chain Executive

2.Roles & Responsibilities (6 Points):

- Purchase Process:

 PR to PO to GRN - RM suppliers for Hospital Beds (MS Pipes, CRC Sheets, Castors, ABS) + Other purchases (Packing, Rental refurbishment spares)

- Vendor Mgmt: 

   - Vendor development, negotiation, evaluation (F-PUR-04), Rate contracts - Production RM + Non-production vendors

- Supply & Demand Planning: 

- Collect sales forecast from Sales (B2B Pvt, B2B Govt, Rental, E-commerce) → Production plan with Factory → Delivery scheduling

- Logistics Accountability: Transporter negotiation, Dispatch planning, Delivery tracking, Proof of delivery, Courier tie-up for E-commerce bulky beds

- *Sales Order Processing 

- All 4 Segments:

  - B2B Pvt: Pvt hospitals bulk orders

 - Quotation to Dispatch + Installation

  - B2B Govt: GeM orders (After Aarav VA) 

 - Order to delivery + Inspection

 - Rental: Asset tracking (In-stock / On-rent / Maintenance / Ready) + Dispatch/Pickup + Refurbishment turnaround <48 hrs

 - E-commerce: Amazon/Flipkart/Website - Pick/Pack/Ship <24 hrs + RTO handling

- Reporting Weekly MIS to VP - Inventory accuracy, OTIF >95%, Rental utilization >75%, E-com RTO <10%

4. Location:

Chennai - Anna Nagar HO + Factory coordination

5. Experience & Salary:

- Experience: 2-5 Years in Medical Devices / Hospital Furniture / Rental / E-commerce bulky goods

- Salary: Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month + Performance incentive

- Qualification: http://B.Com / BBA / BE Mech / Diploma + MBA Supply Chain preferred 

- Tally + Excel mandatory

- Joining: Immediate

6. KPIs For SC Executive 

- Purchase: Cost saving 5%, Vendor on-time >95%

- Planning: Stock-out = 0, Inventory accuracy 98%

- Logistics: On-time delivery B2B >95%

- Rental: Asset utilization 75%+ Turnaround <48 hrs

- E-commerce: Order processing <24 hrs, RTO <10%
