Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across FMCG field sales,
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
FMCG Pipeline: Build active talent pipelines for high-volume sales (FSEs, ASMs) and GT market roles.
Channel Management: Drive hiring via job portals, referrals, agencies, and market walk-in drives.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with regional sales managers to close open positions within defined timelines.
Tracker & Analytics: Maintain weekly candidate trackers, offer acceptance metrics, and time-to-fill reports.
Key RequirementsExperience: 3 to 6+ years in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods recruitment.
Education: HR or related field.
Skills: Strong sourcing, salary negotiation, and candidate pipeline management skills.
