Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the real estate sales team.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Support team members in property presentations and negotiations.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and timely conversion of leads into bookings.
  • Handle customer queries and assist in resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance/training.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.
