Team Leader - Operations

Key Responsibilities :-

Team Management

• Supervise and guide café staff during shifts.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities.
• Train new employees on company SOPs and customer service standards.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of team members.
• Motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.

Operations Management

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the café.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Handle shift scheduling and manpower allocation.

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain high hospitality standards throughout the shift.

Inventory & Cash Handling

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.
• Verify billing accuracy and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
