Job Description – CSR (Funcity)

Ø Customer Service

Ø Working in various activity areas(POS, rides, video games, soft play, bowling lanes) & Providing assistance to customers.

Ø Needs to maintain SOPs & Ensuring Service standards.

Ø Cashiering & Stock Management.

Ø Upkeep and Maintenance of hygiene in the store.

Ø Proper personal grooming & Best behavior with guest. Handle the customers effectively on floor/POS/Rides/Play Area with no complaints.

Ø Effective coordination and communication with colleagues

Ø To have complete knowledge of all operations related SOP's.

Ø Being an Ambassador of the brand.

Providing a safe and hassle free environment for Customers
