Job Description

Key Responsibilities :



  • Diagnose and repair Windows laptops, desktops and hardware issues.
  • Handle replacement of RAM, SSD/HDD, display, keyboard, battery, motherboard and other components.
  • Perform Windows OS installation, formatting and basic troubleshooting.
  • Handle basic server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
  • Work with server components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, RAID and other hardware.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for spare parts, replacement parts and technical support.
  • Follow up with OEMs for part availability, warranty replacement and service requirements.
  • Train and guide service technicians on Windows hardware repair and replacement procedures.
  • Support the team in developing Windows repair and replacement capabilities.
  • Perform onsite and workshop-based service activities.
  • Maintain service reports and repair records.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Windows hardware repair/replacement.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Good coordination skills with OEMs and vendors.
  • Willingness to train and support other technicians.


ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech or relevant technical qualification.
