Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 + Incentives up to ₹5,000)

Job Summary

BL Finpro is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Telecallers to promote loan products through outbound calling. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan offerings, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. Candidates with prior telecalling or loan sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
• Explain loan schemes, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth loan processing.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• 12th Pass.
• Married Female candidates only.
• Age: 18–40 years.
