Job Description
1. Appointment Scheduling & Management
- Book service appointments for routine maintenance, repairs, and seasonal check-ups, optimizing the workshop's daily load.
- Send reminders via calls or text alerts to customers with upcoming service dates or pending active bookings.
- Coordinate directly with Service Advisors to verify workshop slot availability before confirming bookings. [1, 2, 3]
2. Outbound Service Reminders & Lead Generation
- Review the dealership database to make outbound calls to existing Honda owners whose vehicles are due for periodic maintenance service (PMS).
- Educate clients on running promotions, extended warranty plans, roadside assistance, and specific car care packages. [1, 2, 3]
3. Post-Service Feedback Collection (PSF)
- Connect with customers within 24 to 72 hours post-delivery to collect feedback regarding their service experience.
- Document satisfaction ratings regarding quality of repair, staff behavior, workshop cleanliness, and timely delivery.
