Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services/products, and driving engagement or conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

• Key Responsibilities & TasksOutbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and handle inbound customer calls promptly.
• Pitching & Explaining: Clearly communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing structures to potential clients.
• Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, qualify leads based on set criteria, and pass promising leads to the sales team when necessary.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or database.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or conversions achieved.
• Customer Support & Feedback: Address customer queries, resolve basic complaints politely, and gather valuable feedback to improve service quality.
