Job Description – Telecalling ExecutiveAarthi Scans & Labs
Position: Telecalling / Customer Service Executive
- Job Responsibilities:Make outgoing calls to customers and patients.
- Handle incoming enquiries regarding diagnostic services.
- Explain laboratory tests, scans and health check-up packages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with branches.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reports.
- Inform customers about available healthcare services.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.
- Eligibility:Any Degree / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tamil / English / Kannada / Hindi is an added advantage.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Skills Required:Good telephone etiquette.
- Patient handling skills.
- Convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve calling targets.
Work Location: Aarthi Scans & Labs – Diagnostic Centres.
