Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming calls from job seekers and employers using our job portal application. The candidate will assist users with app navigation, registration, profile creation, job searches, application-related queries, and other platform-related concerns while ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from job seekers, employers, and registered users.
• Assist users with registration, login, profile creation, and job application processes on the app.
• Provide accurate information about job listings, application status, and platform features.
• Resolve basic customer queries and troubleshoot common app-related issues.
• Guide users on how to search, apply for jobs, and update their profiles.
• Escalate technical issues and unresolved complaints to the relevant team.
• Maintain records of incoming calls, customer interactions, and resolutions.
• Follow up with users wherever required to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely customer support.
• Meet customer service quality standards and daily performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in inbound calling, customer support, BPO, or a job portal is preferred but not mandatory.
