Fixed Salary:

For Telecallers : 13,000/- to 20,000/- per month + incentives

For TL : 21000/- to 25000/- per month + incentives

Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Tamil Voice Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Tamil.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Explain products, services, offers, or processes to customers.

• Follow up with customers when required.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

• Follow company policies, call quality standards, and processes.

Requirements :

• Tamil speaking is mandatory.

• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.

• Basic communication skills in English are preferred.

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Voice Process is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

Note : Experience in loan & insurance sector will be added advantage
