Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, explain our products/services, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Follow up with customers until the enquiry is successfully closed.
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling & Telesales
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Tamil and English communication is preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and good customer-handling skills.
• QualificationAny Degree / Diploma.
• Relevant telecalling or customer-handling experience is preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
