Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented marketing executive to promote our filmmaking and creative education programs and support student admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with an interest in marketing, education, media, and the film industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote the academy's courses, workshops, and training programs through various marketing channels.

2. Connect with prospective students and understand their career interests and course requirements.

3. Explain course details, benefits, fees, admission process, and career opportunities to prospective students.

4. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

5. Convert qualified leads into admissions and enrollments.

6. Organize and participate in career seminars, workshops, education fairs, college visits, and promotional events.

7. Build relationships with students, parents, colleges, institutions, and other relevant partners.

8. Coordinate with the creative and social media teams for promotional campaigns and content.

9. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enquiries.

10. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

11. Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

12. Conduct market research to understand student preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.

13. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and admission targets.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Education Counselling, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

5. Target-oriented and proactive approach to work.

6. Ability to handle student enquiries and follow up consistently.

7. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.

8. Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

9. Willingness to attend events, meet students, and travel locally when required.

10. Experience in an educational institution, training academy, advertising agency, or media/film industry will be an advantage.
