Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and polite Telecalling Executive for our Vi Store in Arumbakkam to handle customer calls, follow-ups and sales.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Calling existing and new Vi customers for plan renewal, MNP, new SIM & postpaid conversion
- Explain Vi recharge plans, offers, and new services clearly in Tamil / English
- Handle inbound customer queries and solve issues
- Follow up on leads and maintain daily calling report
