Telecalling Executive

Job Description

1.Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in Life , Health and General insurance products.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, policy features, and premium details clearly.
• Generate leads through cold Calling and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly calling and sales targets.
• Work towards achieving a monthly sales target of ₹2 Lakhs across products.

2.Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Insurance, or Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented approach.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Office Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM - (1 Hour Break)
