Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the telecaller team on daily activities.
- Assign leads and monitor team performance.
- Make sure telecallers contact potential customers and follow up regularly.
- Explain project details, plot availability, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Arrange site visits for interested customers.
- Monitor daily calls, lead generation, and follow-up reports.
- Train team members to improve communication and calling skills.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and sales team to achieve targets.
