Job Description
Outbound Calling: Dial prospective or existing leads daily to promote holiday packages, seasonal offers, and travel club memberships.
Product Pitching: Clearly explain travel itineraries, resort destinations, pricing, inclusions, and privilege benefits.
Needs Assessment: Listen to customer preferences, budget limits, and travel dates to recommend ideal vacation options.
Appointment Scheduling: Book high-quality appointments or direct sales meetings for field/senior sales executives.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with interested leads via phone calls and WhatsApp.
CRM Management: Record call outcomes, update customer details, and maintain clean daily activity reports.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly conversion or appointment goals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
