Job Description

Real Estate Telecaller Executive Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads.


Responsibilities:

  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp to convert interest into sales.
  • Maintain accurate call records and client data in the CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Min 6 months of experience in telecalling/telesales (Real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in [Mention Languages, e.g., English and Tamil].
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and target-oriented approach.
