Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executive (Holiday Package Sales)


Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Holiday Package Sales The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting premium vacation packages, and converting leads into successful sales.


If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
  • Promote and sell company vacation packages.
  • Explain holiday packages, travel itineraries, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer support
  • Promote seasonal offers, tour packages, and travel memberships


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound sales calls confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
  • Good customer handling and follow-up skills.


Eligibility


  • Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, travel sales, or customer support is preferred.
