Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to promote our media and advertising solutions, connect with potential customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Explain media solutions, advertising packages, and services to clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.
