Job Summary

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, identifying customer requirements, fixing appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls per day.
  • Generate new business leads.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Explain product features and pricing.
  • Schedule appointments for sales executives.
  • Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-up.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualification

  • 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently.
