Telesales Executive

A Real Estate Telesales Executive makes outbound calls to prospective clients, pitches property projects, qualifies leads, and schedules site visits for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial prospective clients from assigned databases, cold-calling lists, or digital campaign leads.
• Project Pitching: Explain real estate projects, residential plots, villas, pricing, payment plans, and special offers clearly.
• Lead Qualification: Assess client budgets, preferred locations, and property requirements to isolate serious buyers.
• Site Visit Coordination: Fix and schedule site visits, connecting interested prospects with field sales consultants.
• CRM Management: Log call updates, track follow-up statuses, and maintain accurate client records daily.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily call quotas, lead generation goals, and conversion milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (real estate background preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or any graduate degree.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal command of local languages (e.g., Tamil/English/Hindi) with active listening skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or MS Office.
• Personality: Confident, resilient, persuasive, and target-oriented.
