Telugu Telecalling Executive

XLT Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telugu-speaking Telesales Executive to join our B2B Sales Team at our Perungalathur, Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Explain and pitch XLT products and services.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Build good relationships with customers over the phone.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent Telugu – Mandatory
• Should Know Tamil
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior Telesales / Telecalling / B2B Sales experience preferred.
• Telugu or Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
