Key Responsibilities:

● Helping clients identify their ideal travel package based on the requirements.

● Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of

transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations

● Explain the related itinerary to the client in detail and clarify all the queries they have.

● Provide all relevant and essential information to the client regarding their travel like weather,

itinerary, and travel mode details.

● Use Zoho CRM and maintain all client related data and update on daily basis

● Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.

● Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level

possible.

● Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.

● Informing the Event coordinator team if there are any specific requirements by the client and get it

done on time.

● Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.

● Reach the monthly sales and revenue targets.

● Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.

● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

● Conduct research on destinations and industry trends.

● Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.

● Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.

● Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

● Any other work assigned by your reporting manager
