Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow a portfolio of key sellers as the primary point of contact.
· Drive selection onboarding and live activation as per category targets.
· Ensure catalog accuracy, quality, and compliance with required standards.
· Identify and close selection gaps through continuous seller engagement.
· Monitor and improve KPIs such as live rate, rejection %, NCs, and TAT.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, QC, Category, Supply Chain, Product) for issue resolution.
· Execute weekly/monthly selection and launch targets.
· Share MIS, performance reports, and actionable insights with stakeholders.
· Ensure adherence to Flipkart policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
