Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and guide them to their tables.
  • Taking Orders: Listen to food and drink choices accurately, answer menu questions, and upsell specials.
  • Serving: Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver food and drinks promptly.
  • Guest Care: Check in periodically during the meal to ensure satisfaction and handle additional requests.
  • Billing & Payment: Present bills, process cash or credit card transactions, and manage tips.
