Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Ensure daily vehicle inflow vehicle inflow from respective sources as per the potential plan
2.Responsible Parts & Labour Margin from outlet operations.
3.Ensure Customer Satisfaction at each outlet through PSF , Google Ratings
4.Ensure compliance in Monthly Process Audit.
5.Ensure and control on manpower attrition.
6.Responsible for training, developing the weak team to deliver their full potential.
7.Analyzing CSI and drawing out the action plan as the improvement measures based on the scores.
8.Ensuring tools and equipment audit on periodic basis.
9.Ensure Optimal Technician Productivity.
10.GIGO TAT : RJC – 2 Days & AJC – 5 Days
11.Ensure FIT Process Adherence
