Key Role and Responsibilities
· Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups.
· Teach various yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and basic Asanas.
· Guide clients in proper posture, alignment, breathing techniques, and meditation.
· Develop yoga routines based on clients’ fitness levels and wellness goals.
· Monitor clients’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
· Build positive relationships with clients and motivate them to maintain a regular practice.
· Coordinate with other fitness trainers to support clients’ overall fitness goals.
