Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
  • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding payment follow-ups.
  • Manage vendor and customer accounts.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary financial reports and documents.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations.
  • Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial decision-making.
  • Required Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Proficiency in ERP
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate Requirements:Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills: Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and financial accounting.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
