Executive Technical Service-Broiler Production

Monitor broiler flocks at assigned contract farms to ensure proper bird management and performance.

Guide and support contract farmers on broiler rearing practices, including brooding, feeding, ventilation, litter management, and biosecurity.

Ensure implementation of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and biosecurity protocols at farm level.

Regularly inspect farms and monitor flock health, mortality, feed consumption, and body weight.

Provide technical advice to farmers to improve productivity and reduce mortality.

Ensure proper utilization of feed, medicines, vaccines, and other farm inputs supplied by the company.

Maintain accurate farm records including chick placement, mortality, feed consumption, medication, and body weight data.

Submit daily, weekly, and cycle reports to the Production Manager.

Coordinate with veterinary team for disease diagnosis, vaccination schedules, and treatment protocols.

Assist in chick placement and ensure farms are properly prepared before chick arrival.

Monitor biosecurity measures and ensure farms maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.

Support bird lifting and ensure proper handling and dispatch coordination with the marketing/logistics team.

Identify potential contract farms and support the development of new farms as per company specifications.

Maintain good relationships with contract farmers and address their operational concerns.

Participate in farmer training programs and awareness activities organized by the company.
