Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations, sales activities, staff and customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the showroom team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Ashok Leyland commercial vehicle showroom.

Supervise sales executives, customer service staff and other showroom workers.

Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Explain Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles, features, pricing and finance options to customers.

Coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet owners and business clients.

Monitor showroom enquiries, bookings and vehicle deliveries.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and RTO teams.

Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles in the showroom.

Monitor employee attendance, performance and discipline.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance.

Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety and company standards are maintained.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.

2–5 years of experience in automobile sales or showroom management preferred.

Experience in commercial vehicle sales is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to work according to showroom/business requirements.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month,(10000), depending on experience and dealership/company structure.
